CANCELLATION POLICY

Hey y’all! To ensure the best possible experience for all guest, please be sure to look over my salon policies. ✨Cancellation & No-Shows: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. ✨Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is my top priority! Refunds are not offered for services, but please notify me within 5 days of your service if you have any concerns with your color/cut. ✨Running Late: Things happen, and I get it! A 15 minute grace period is allowed for your appointment. After the 15 minutes we may have to alter your services to fit within the time frame, or reschedule. Thank you for your support! xo, Jordan
